Responsible Person

We provide the following landlord service on behalf of the Responsible Person (RP). One of our fully qualified and insured fire risk assessors will complete an HMO fire risk assessment. As a result the fire risk assessor will make recommendations to eliminate or reduce fire risks identified to the lowest possible level. The assessment will consider escape routes and fire safety signage which will result in safer premises. Aegis will advise on any need for a fire detection and warning system and provision for emergency escape lighting. As a result your premises will be able to meet current legal requirements. We can also help you constructing an emergency evacuation plan, and provide help with recording in-house fire safety checks.
